Tri-Level Fitness is a system of therapeutic exercise originally developed for the rehabilitation of dancers. The work consists of aligning the body into precise, detailed positions and making small controlled movements.

 Tri-Level Fitness is non-impact and has a meditative quality that allows access to the deepest, interior muscles. Strengthening the core muscles provides a foundation for the entire structure to be supported, aligned and lengthened.

You will feel the balance, grace and energy of a more integrated, strengthened body. Just one or two classes each week will provide significant result. You may join at any time, at whatever level of activity your body allows.

Classes are 1 hour in length.
